Processing
All order received by 12:00pm Noon Central time will be processed the same day. All orders received after 12:00pm Noon Central time will be processed on the next business day. All orders will receive a confirmation email.

Drop Ship
We are a Drop Ship Web Site Company. We do not keep inventory. We place your order directly with the manufacturer. The manufacturer then ships the merchandise directly to your home. We do not know if the merchandise you requested is out of stock until we place the order with the manufacturers.

Out of Stock
If the manufacturer is out of stock in the item you requested you will be notified by email on whether or not you would like to cancel your order or wait until the back order date.

Credit Card Charges
Credit Cards will not be charged until the requested merchandise is in stock, has been ordered and shipped.

Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 per item. Most Shipping will go FedEx. All orders will receive an email with tracking number of the package. If rush shipping is needed please contact us at SurfSoccerAndSun@yahoo.com with the subject line of "Rush Shipping". Extra charges may apply.

History of the Store
Surf, Soccer & Sun originally was the sporting goods store Soccer & Sun, owned by the late Randy Pounders. For 25 years Pounders store offered Pensacola and surrounding areas quality products at a good price, said his niece Rebecca Pounders who plans to carry on that tradition. We opened Surf, Soccer & Sun after Randy Pounders' death, incorporated "Surf" into "Soccer and Sun" and launched the Website.
